For the 3rd year, Stella & Dot is partnering with two amazing organizations, the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA), our US partner, and the Military Family Resource Centre – National Capital Region (MFRC-NCR), our Canadian Partner. Recipients are often military families attending holiday parties at their local MFRC (Military Family Resource Centre), or spouse events such as MOAA’s (Military Officers Association of America) Spouse Symposiums held all over the US.
